Position Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Atlanta, GA, Hybrid

Position Type: Contract

Interview Process: Video or In Person

Position Duration: 1.5 Yr.

Job Description:

  • Under supervision, applies project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques in supporting project leads. Drives the development and application of project management methodology and culture.
  • Work with a project manager (or program manager) to assist with the day-to-day completion of project tasks and deliverables associated with a project or larger program. Work may include the following tasks:
  • Schedule meetings with business users, other project leaders and/or vendor partners as requested
  • Ensure all project artifacts are appropriately organized and stored on project site.
  • Participate in various project related meetings to capture notes, action items, and decisions to accurately reflect discussions among project team members
  • Disseminate meeting notes to attendees and capture and updates or edits
  • Ensure meeting documents are appropriately organized and stored on project site
  • Develop presentations, spreadsheets or other documents as directed by Program/Project Managers
  • Ensure project templates and tools are kept up to date and available to project team members
  • Disseminate meeting notes to attendees and capture any corrections and obtain approval
  • Prepare and execute project deliverables and artifacts for electronic signature

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • High-motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to work independently and in team environments
  • Collaborative team player capable of supporting multiple project leaders
  • Workday implementation experience highly desired.
  • Project coordination in a large scale ERP (Workday, Oracle, SAP, etc.) implementation. 2-3 yr. minimum Highly desired 2 Years
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Required 3 Years
  • Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint Required 1 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
